The Spooky Halloween Gift from Creative Fabrica and Partners

The Spooky Halloween Gift is hosted by Creative Fabrica B.V and sponsored by Creative Fabrica B.V, and partnering companies Bearly Art, Heat Transfer Warehouse, 12x12 Cardstock Shop, Pro World, and MakerFlo Crafts.

  • From the period of October 1st–October 31st, 2024, all customers who purchase a new Yearly All Access Subscription, priced at $47 (USD), excluding VAT, and/or the 1-year All Access extension deal, priced at $47 (USD), excluding VAT, from Creative Fabrica will be eligible to receive a complimentary gift with their purchase.
  • The gift will be shared to the customer via email after the purchase is completed. The email may take up to 1 working day to arrive. The customer can always download the free gift via the Halloween promo page after the purchase is completed.
  • Customers can only receive the gift for orders for a new Creative Fabrica’s Yearly All Access Subscriptions or new 1-year All Access extensions purchased in between the dates October 1st, 00:00 UTC to October 31st, 23:59 UTC, 2024. The gift is not applicable for subscription renewals.

  • The voucher codes in the gift are region-based - and the availability depends on the regional shipping availability of the partnering companies of the vouchers. Please check the partnering companies links below:
  • By downloading the gift, the customer agrees that:
    • …the customer’s details can be shared with Creative Fabrica’s partners for the purposes of the gift (only relevant details will be shared with trusted partners and only if required).
    • …the customer understands that their All Access subscription payments are non-refundable once they download a gift in accordance with the guidelines outlined in these terms and conditions.
  • The use of the gift (digital download) is subject to the following terms:
    • The gift (digital download) is subject to the Creative Fabrica Terms of Service, available at Terms of Service - Creative Fabrica, and the Creative Fabrica Single Sales License, available at Single Sales License - Creative Fabrica.
    • Redistribution of the digital download, including reselling or sharing the source files with third parties, is not permitted without explicit permission from Creative Fabrica. For further details regarding the license, please consult the Terms of Service and Single Sales License. Single Sales License generally applies to the use of the digital download, alongside all other terms stipulated in the Terms of Service.
  • Gift redemption requests will be subject to review for authenticity. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to delay sending the gift, invalidating the gift license and/or request additional information (identity verification and/or proof of payment) from the customer to authenticate the purchase. If there are any doubts regarding the authenticity of a payment or suspicion of fraudulent activity, we reserve the right to reject the gift redemption request. Failure to provide the requested information may result in the cancellation of the gift redemption.
  • Any shipment of products purchased with voucher coupons is handled directly by the partnering companies. Questions about shipping and delivery times should be directed to them.

In no case shall Creative Fabrica, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising gift or any products procured from the gift.

The gift will be available for download in the Creative Fabrica account used to complete the purchase. Customers should ensure they are logged into the correct account to avoid any issues with downloading. Any errors in the email address provided will be the responsibility of the customer. Any extra charges incurred in the process of receiving any products purchased from the voucher codes, such as unexpected shipping fees, will be the responsibility of the customer. Please ensure to read the shipping terms of the partnering companies.

The Privacy Policy applies and The Spooky Halloween Gift is subject to Dutch law. Any damages, defects, or complaints related to the gifted products or their shipping are the responsibility of the respective third-party providers and are subject to the laws of the country from which the products are shipped. By accepting these gifts, the customer acknowledges that any issues should be directed to the respective third-party provider and not to Creative Fabrica.
