Beatriz will show you an easy way to draw your motifs from your own reference pictures, using a digital program such as Photoshop.
In case you prefer to draw traditionally with ink and paper, Beatriz will show you the best practices to scan your motifs before the vectorization process.
In this part, Beatriz will show you the process of vectorizing your motifs in Adobe Illustrator.
After the vectorization, Beatriz will show you one of the techniques to apply color to your motifs using the Interactive Bucket Tool in Adobe Illustrator.
When your motifs are ready, it is time to use them in order to complete the straight pattern composition.
Now that you have created a straight pattern, Beatriz will show you the way to create desktop wallpaper for your computer screen with it.
