Vintage Font

Such a beautiful font, thank you very much. Wondering if there is a way to use the underline feature in Canva? UD1 etc doesn't seem to work there!

Hi, Talia! Thanks for the great review. In canva work space after you type this font, you must open 'character map' in the search bar on your pc. double click to Open it. at the 'character map' application select the font “Vintage”, scroll down until you found codes U+F00E, U+F00F, U+F010, U+F011 (check on the left corner below at the 'Character Map' application, you'll find the code name for each cell/ square). Then, click the character you want to copy and paste at the end of the word that you type before on canva. NB: if you use Mac, the name of application 'character map' is 'Font Book'.

How do you use the "UD1" feature in Design Space? Simply typing UD1 does not work.

I just downloaded this font on my iPad and nothing is in the folder. Did I do something wrong? Update: Thank you so much that helped a lot.

Thank you so much for the great review, Michele. I've tried it myself on my iPad. After download you will get Vintage-36056597.zip file in your download folder. Tap once, the file will be unzipped into a folder "Vintage-36056597" containing 2 files namely Vintage.otf and Vintage.ttf please tap on one of the files to open it, then you select the square symbol with an up arrow in the upper right corner next to "Done". after that, you choose in what application the font will be added. or check link below from CF Installation guides creativefabrica.com/the-ultimate-font-guide/how-to-install-a-font-on-iphone-or-ipad/ hope it solves your problem

Just downloaded the font. Looks great. Top portion of Font is cut off inside Inkscape when typed. Please help me solve thsi problem. Thank you.

Hi, Thank you Salem. Here is the solve, please click the "Path" then "Object to Path" or "Shift+Ctrl+C" on the top menu while you selection the Font.

This font is fabulous! Just a little unsure how to use the ud1, ud2, ud3, etc... Can you explain? I'm not getting any underlining with my text and can't figure it out. Thank you!!

Big Thanks, Beki. may I know what application do u use? ud1, ud2, etc. features can be used at Design application like Adobe, Affinity, Corel, etc. Just type "ud1" it will automatically show the underline.
